OUR PRACTICES

Throughout the year our training regimen changes, but what stays consistent is our commitment towards progression and self-improvement.

STRENGTH TRAINING

During the school year, we hold training sessions on weekdays and nights in the University of Toronto gyms.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Every Saturday morning, we have one hour of hard circuit training followed by an hour of fun games together.

POOL PRACTICE

A few times a year we introduce paddling form by paddling along the side of a pool.

PADDLE ERG PRACTICES

Throughout the year we work on improving our paddling technique and building endurance by paddle erging.

AFTERBURN PRACTICES

BOAT PRACTICES

During the summer months we paddle thrice a week, applying everything we've built throughout the year.
